Fort Rowdy Gathering

Rules for Arts & Crafts and Trade Demonstrators General Information
- Booth space is
limited to 450 square feet (your own tent.)
- If you want space in
our craft tent, you may choose 10 x 10 or 10 x 20.
- No commercial style
trailer. This is a living history event and tent colors
must be in keeping with the
time period (white, off-white, tan or brown.) Any
other colors are subject to approval by the Fort Rowdy Gathering Board.
- Absolutely NO portable generators on the
grounds.
- Booth set-up is
anytime Friday, October 3rd.
- Booth is to be open
Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Sunday from 11:00 am
to 6:00
pm. If you wish you may be open Friday night.
- You are responsible
for proper clean up or your area.
- We will be providing
security Friday and Saturday nights.
- No dogs. (By order
of the Covington City Council)

Arts and Crafts
- You must follow the tax guidelines up by the state of Ohio including proper
vendor's license.
- Applications are due by September 15, 2008.
Trade Demonstrations
- We encourage you to participate and exhibit such skills and trades as, but not
limited to, blacksmithing, flint napping, leatherworking, quilting and other types of needlework, jewelry making, gunsmith, lace making, potter, tinsmith, candle making, soap making, basketry and the preparation of foods such as bread, apple butter, cracklings, etc.
- If you demonstrate during the open hours of
Gathering you may take orders for
your product.
All applications subject approval by the board of directors of the Fort Rowdy Gathering.
